• A personal consultation and survey is followed by a proposed design, and then an estimate.

• During the consultation you can show us illustrations such as magazine cuttings or photos of styles that appeal to you. If you are considering upgrading any appliances, now is the time to include them in your wish list. We may suggest making a list of items you wish to store, so we can design to make best use of the space available.

• During the survey we take measurements, digitally photograph, and assess with a creative eye, the style and character of your home and how the new installation will complement it. Sometimes small details like an original moulding or architectural feature catch our attention. Sometimes it’s the quality of the light. But most of all it's listening. This is your chance to tell us exactly what you want and intend to use the room once completed.

• Drawings are then produced that reflect the essence of this shared information.
